Jan 25, 2007 (newstodate): Operating in Copenhagen Airport since May, 2006, WFS is already mulling plans for expanding its new cargo terminal.
-World Flight Services is already looking at extending its new 7,000 sq m. Copenhagen Airport cargo terminal, WFS president Olivier Bijaoui told a news conference in London.
-The warehouse with an annual capacity of handling 60,000 tonnes of cargo was already full on January 1, and we have the possibility to double its size as the land is available, he said.
Designated as SkyTeam Cargo's preferred cargo terminal in Copenhagen Airport, WFS took in Korean Air Cargo from the start of this year, and also handles British Airways World Cargo, Delta Air Lines and Continental Airlines, KLM Cargo and KLM Cargo's trucking, Air France Cargo, Air China Cargo, and Alitalia Cargo as well as Leisure Cargo and Norwegian.
