Jan 16, 2007 (newstodate): A series of major changes in management and structure has been announced by the Latvian forwarding and logistics company, Spedair.
As of 8 January, Inga Brasla has become the Chairman of the Board & CEO, replacing former chairman of the board Janis Kaudze who has been at this position since the establishment of the company in 1998.
A new position as logistics director has been introduced, filled by Janis Celmins as responsible for all activities of freight departments as well as warehouse and customs brokers.
Ilze Zaharkevica has been named Head of airfreight department, Ints Brasla is new head of road freight and warehouse departments, and Laima Veinberga is head of customs brokers department.
