Sep 8, 2006 (newstodate): The Russian carrier Carat Airlines, member of the VIM Avia Group, has moved its flights from Moscow Vnukovo to Moscow Domodedovo Airport.
By changing airport, the VIM Avia airlines will benefit from an increased optimisation of resources, including aircraft line maintenence.
Carat Airlines operates a fleet of YAK-42 and TU-154 aircraft on routes to a number of Russian destinations, cities in neighbouring CIS countries, as well as internaiotnal flights to Istanbul and Athens.
