Sep 28, 2006 (newstodate): The Nordic express company Jetpak has acquired the Finnish ground transportation company Lahettipirkka Oy.
Together with the acquisition earlier this year of Borg-Trans in Norway, Jetpak has significantly bolstered its position in the Nordic market.
With a total of 130 staff, Lahettipirkka was founded in 1978 and purchased in 1985 by Jorma Majuri, managing Director in Lahettipirkka, now officially a subsidiary of Jetpak Finland Oy since August 1, 2006.
