Aug 21, 2006 (newstodate): The Russian airline UTAir is seeing a strong cargo increase in 2006.
During the first six months of this year, the carrier lifted at total of 4,220 tonnes of cargo, up 15.7 percent, y-o-y.
Mail volumes also increased to 542 tonnes, up 13.3 percent on last year.
The airline has also now added new flights to serve the Azerbaijan market, operated with TU/134 aircraft from Baku.
