Modelling on the succes of similar centers in the Guld region, the regional authorities of Mangistau region on the Caspipan Sea have worked out an integrated project named Land-Sea-Sky within the framework of the forthcoming expansion of the special economic area, Morport Aktau.
The project aims at the reconstruction of old roads, building of new roads and railways, and modernisation of Aktau city's international airport.
An airport project has been preliminarily budgetted at around USD 12,500,000.
