Aug 14, 2006 (newstodate): September 30 has been set as the deadline for negotiations between Lithuanian carrier FlyLAL and the Swedish FlyMe, owned by Icelandic capital.
FlyMe has forwarded an offer to take 33 percent of the shares in FlyLAL.
