Aug 25, 2006 (newstodate): Members of the Russian airline alliance AiRUnion acknowledge the debts incurred to the Russian air navigation provider.
AiRUnion says that although the air navigation rates as high and even almost doubling after November 1, 2006, they are both ready and able to pay, and will do so according to the scheme laid down setting September 1 as a deadline.
After this date, the Russian air navigation services provider has threatened to abrogate services and limit the airspace access to debtors.
