Jul 31, 2006 (newstodate): Latvian carrier airBaltic has become the first foreign airline to achieve fifth freedom rights in Russia.
From August 16, the carrier will operate a route between Riga, Kaliningrad and Copenhagen.
The route will be served four times weekly with the airline's Fokker F50 aircraft.
