Jun 12, 2006 (newstodate): On June 9, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro and the U.N. mission in Kosovo signed the European Common Aviation Area, ECAA, agreement.
With the agreement, airlines from the EU and the signatory countries are allowed free access to airports in the area, abolishing all previous limitations as imposed by bi-lateral agreements.
