Jun 23, 2006 (newstodate): Kyrghyzstan's Tamchy Airport will be upgraded to boost international traffic into the region of Lake Issyk-Kul.
The project will receive Russian financial backing, and Moscow Vnukovo Airport has aired its interest in taking part in the project.
