Jun 21, 2006 (newstodate): The new EU blacklist of airlines banned from operations within the community has been updated for the first time.
New on the list are two Kyrghizstani airlines, Sky Gate International Aviation and Star Jet.
Also on the list are still Kazakhstan's BGB Air and GST Aero Air Company, and Kyrghizstan's Reem Air and Phoenix Aviation that are fully prohibited from operating within the EU community
