SCAT Air will operate a once-weekly flight between Moscow and Aktubinsk with a YAK-42 aircraft, planning for more frequency as warranted by the market.
Aktubinsk is now the 12th destination in Kazakhstan connected to Moscow Domodedovo, and SCAT Air is the airport's 16th CIS carrier to introduce scheduled flights.
