Jun 9, 2006 (newstodate): A new IATA resolution will require all airline members to implement its IOSA operational safety audit programme.
IOSA assessment will become a requirement for all airlines applying for membership of IATA, while current members are obliged to register for an audit before the end of 2006 and complete it by the end of 2007.
Airlines failing to adhere to the new resolution will be excluded from membership, says IATA.
