Jun 26, 2006 (newstodate): Moscow's Domodedovo International Airport has set into operation two double air bridges manufactured by ThyssenKrupp.
Double air bridges are designed to service high-capacity aircraft and provide for simultaneous passenger boarding and getting of the aircraft using two doors of an aircraft.
The operating area is from 15 to 33 meters that allows handling nearly all types of aircraft.
The airport now has 24 air bridges, including 22 air bridges produced by ThyssenKrupp, and two by FMC.
