May 29, 2006 (newstodate): The merger of Frans Maas and its new owner, the Danish group DSV, is seemingly proceeding not without rifts.
In a press release today DSV anounces that the former Frns Maas CEO, Arvid Manneke, who became member of DSV's board in the process, will leave his post from July 1, 2006.
The message cites diverging opinions on the new management structure as the reason for his withdrawal from the board.
