Apr 28, 2006 (newstodate): About 15 percent of the world's commercial aircraft are operated by Russian airlines, yet combined they generate less than 1.5 percent of the world's air cargo volumes, sources say.
In a recent speech, Volga-Dnepr's CEO identified three priorities to be observed in building Russia's commercial air cargo industry.
