Apr 19, 2006 (newstodate): Ljubljana Airport has slightly upped its expections for this year's cargo growth.
The Slovenian airport now foresees a four percent growth in volumes, rather than a three percent increase as earlier predicted.
According to airport information, Ljubljana expect to see a three percent increase in volumes, to 12,052 tonnes of cargo in 2006.
Among the projects to be initiated this year are an extension of the current taxiway, and preparations for building a new airport passenger terminal.
In the next stage, visions comprise preparations for the construction of a business logistics centre adjacent to the airport.
