Between 2001 and 2004, cost per passenger has increased by 44 percent at Aeroports de Paris, by 34 percent at Amsterdam, by 35 percent at Stockholm, by 24 percent at Spanish Airports, and by 26 percent at Munich.
By contrast airlines have significantly lowered their cost per passenger during the same period: SAS by 14.8 percent, Lufthansa by 13.2 percent, and AF/KLM by 7.3 percent.
