Mar 23, 2006 (newstodate): India's largest airline, Jet Airways has appointed Traxon to provide electronic communications services with Indian Customs.
Jet Airways is also looking at the possibilities of using other services offered by Traxon to streamline its cargo activities.
This will eventually lead to a formal agreement to include other services provided by Traxon, including e-AWB and e-Status.
Jet Airways currently operates a fleet of 42 Boeing 737-400/700/800/900 aircraft, three A340-300 and eight ATR72-500 aircraft on a route net comprising 300 daily flights to 48 destinations.
