Mar 1, 2006 (newstodate): Slovenia's Ljubljana Airport is forecasting a limited growth in air cargo for 2006.
According to airport information, Ljubljana expect to see a three percent increase in volumes, to 12,052 tonnes of cargo in 2006.
Other key figures in the current prognosis are a six percent increase in passenger volumes, to 1,280,019, and a two percent increase in aircraft movements, to 40,192 landings and take-offs.
Among the projects to be initiated this year are an extension of the current taxiway, and preparations for building a new airport passenger terminal.
