Ariana Afghan Airlines is on the list with all aircraft expect one specific A310.
Also on the list are Kazakhstan's BGB Air and GST Aero Air Company, and Kyrghizstan's Reem Air and Phoenix Aviation that are fully prohobited from operating within the EU community.
The next category on the list comprises carriers of which operations are subject to operational restrictions within EU.
Among these are Buraq Air that operates IL-76 and LET-410 aircraft often used on relief operations from EU countries.
A total of 101 carriers and operators are black-listed, 94 of which are registered in Africa.
