Feb 3, 2006 (newstodate): As part of its major expansion program adding a total of 23 new destinations, Turkish Airlines THY plans to start operations from Istanbul to Kazan, in Tatarstan, from February 7.
The carrier will operate the route twice-weekly with Boeing 737 aircraft.
