Feb 8, 2006 (newstodate): With effect from March 1, 2006, Finnair Cargo has named Sky Partners its new cargo GSSA in Lithuania.
Finnair Cargo explains its decision to shift GSA representation by a strategy to seek one united sales unit for its Baltic markets also comprising Estonia and Latvia that are already served by Sky Partners.
Finnair operates six weekly flights into Lithuania, and also provides six weekly departures with road feeder between Lithuania and its main hub in Helsinki.
The decision terminates the contract with Finnair Cargo's current cargo GSSA, Litcargus that also serves as cargo GSA for Lufthansa Cargo, WIZZ Air, Austrian Airlines and Singapore Airlines Cargo.
