Dec 20, 2006 (newstodate): Koltsovo Airport at Yekaterinburg, in Russia's Sverdlovsk region, is seeing sustained growth in its cargo business in 2006.
During January-November, the airport generated a total of 13,931 tonnes of cargo and mail, up 35.4 percent y-o-y.
Domestic cargo grew by 26.9 percent to 9,172 tonnes, international cargo was up 51.4 percent to 4,234 tonnes, and CIS cargo increased by 100.9 percent to 525 tonnes.
