Dec 11, 2006 (newstodate): Ruslan International, the JV between Volga-Dnepr Airlines and Antonov Airlines to market AN-124 freighter solutions for heavyweight and outsize cargo, has operated some 250 flights since its launch in July 2006, generating sales revenues of nearly USD80 million.
The two airlines' decision to form the new
marketing venture followed the end of
Antonov Airlines marketing agreement with
Air Foyle HeavyLift.
