Nov 6, 2006 (newstodate): From this winter's program, Ukraine International Airlines is introducing a new portfolio of cull-circle diffentiated cargo services.
To meet specific customer needs, the airline now offers its services under the brand names of Economic, Valuable, Live, Fresh, Sensitive, and Time-Definite.
The prime product, Time-Definite has been implemented on some of the UIA routes since September 2006, and implies a net rate refund for not meeting the deadline.
With the new product portfolio, the carrier aims at increasing its customer base by 30 percent.
