Nov 2, 2006 (newstodate): The Russian carrier Aviaprad, based at Ekaterinburg, has launched a new passenger route to Ufa.
The service will be provided daily with Yak-42D aircraft.
Set up in 1996 by Ural Civil Aviation Works and initially focusing on cargo flights with one IL-76 freighter, the carrier now has two Yak-42 aircraft, expecting to add a third in 2006.
