Nov 6, 2006 (newstodate): The Russian airline KrasAir will again seek ownership of the Hungarian carrier Malev in the ongoing tender process.
Already last year KrasAir participated in a tender for shares in Malev, but the Hungarian government called off the tender, and the attempt was aborted.
KrasAir, founder memeber of the airline alliance AiRUnion, sees huge potentials in a close cooperation with Malev by integrating the passenger flows between Europe and Russia within one stream.
