Nov 9, 2006 (newstodate): The Russian company Progresstech reports a busy 2006 including projects at 14 Russian and CIS airports.
Contracted by Uzbekistan Airways, Progresstech performed works to assess the airfield pavement roughness at several airports of Uzbekistan, and similar work was also performed at several Russian airports such as Naryan-Mar, St. Petersburg Pulkovo, and Moscow Domodedovo Airport.
Projects on evaluation of airfield pavement bearing strength and performance were carried out at the airport of Chkalov Novosibirsk Aviation Production Association as well as at Simferopol International airport, Ukraine, and at Nizhny Tagil airport.
At Mary Airport in Turkmenistan, Progresstech carried out a series of works on assessment of quality of the airfield pavement construction works in the interests of Amiri Flight, UAE.
Progresstech is currently engaged in engineering supervision and quality control of the apron construction at Moscow Sheremetyevo-3 Airport.
