Oct 12, 2006 (newstodate): A third attempt at privatising the Russian Yaroslovl Airport is now being made.
Plans are to sell 75 percent of the stakes in the airport to private or institutional investors in order to raise money for the continued modernisation of the airport.
Included in the next stage of modernisation are 10 new aircraft parking stands and a new passenger terminal.
The airport is also keen to develop its air cargo capabilities.
