Oct 3, 2006 (newstodate): From October 29, the Latvian airline airBaltic will launch direct flights from Riga to Gothenburg, Sweden.
Initially the route will be operated three times weekly with Fokker F50 aircraft.
airBaltic already serves routes to Bergen, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm with a fleet comprising seven Boeing 737-500 and nine Fokker-50 aircraft.
