Oct 9, 2006 (newstodate): UK-based consultancy company Scott Wilson has won a tender for developing a transportation strategy for Azerbaijan.
Under the contract, the firm is to deliver its draft report to the Ministry of Transportation within six months.
Contained in the strategy will be the reconstruction of a number of regional airports.
