Jan 9, 2006 (newstodate): The final ourtcome of Slovakia's airport privation tender for Bratislava and Kosice has yet to be announced.
It now seems clear, however, that the government will accept the bid on 66 percent of the shares from the consortium TwoOne that comprises Vienna airport, the Slovak financial group Penta Investments, and the Austrian Raiffeisen Zentralbank.
Other participants include a Spanish group around airport operating company TBI, a French group around Vinci, Independent Slovak Airport Partners comprising Bonn-Cologne Airport, Airport Consulting Vienna and a Canadian engineering company, and the Turkish Tepe Akfen Ventures.
