Jan 17, 2006 (newstodate): Worldwide Flight Services, a division of Vinci Airport Services, has started recruiting staff for its new facility at Copenhagen Airport, slated for opening by March, 2006.
Through its recruiting consultant, System Vikar, the company now seeks a batch of cargo terminal staff, dispatchers and other employees to man the position in the new cargo terminal on the eastern premises of the airport.
In 2005, WFS landed a 30 years full scope cargo handling concession contract making the company the second cargo handler at Copenhagen Airport from 2006 when construction of the new 7000 sq m cargo terminal with an annual capacity of 60,000 tonnes of cargo will be completed.
The cargo terminal's airline launch customers have yet to be announced.
