Jan 26, 2006 (newstodate): BAE Systems Regional Aircraft has made further inroads into the market for regional aircraft in Central and Eastern Europe.
Thus BAE Systems Regional Aircraft has leased one BAe 146-200 to Romavia of Romania.
The aircraft type is already operated by Albanian Airlines and the Bulgarian carrier Hemus Air.
Hemus Air currently operates one BAe-146, and has plans to add a further two aircraft of this type, and Albanian Airlines has also plans to expand its BAe-146 fleet.
