Jan 23, 2006 (newstodate): Armenian airline Armavia carrier has started operating Yerevan-Tel-Aviv regular flights and is mulling plans for new destinations to be added.
Among these are routes to New Delhi and Manchester.
Set up in 1996, Armavia currently operates three Airbus A-320, one YAK-42, one AN-24 and two leased TU-154 aircraft on a route network comprising 60 weekly regular flights to 29 destinations in 12 countries.
