SEP 01, 2005 (newstodate): A snag has occurred in the privatisation process for Budapest Ferihegy Airport.
The Airport Workers Council brought the tender to the Labour Court that has ruled that the unions rights in the process had been neglected.
The case now rests during a two-weeks recess allowing for appeals.
Depiste these setbacks, the process will reportedly continue as planned, with November 2 as the deadline for final bids, and a decision before the end of this year.
