SEP 15, 2005 (newstodate): From March 14, 2006, Ryanair plans to open new routes to Polish airports Wroclaw and Lodz.
The carrier will operate from Nottingham Mid Eastlands Airport to Wroclaw four times weekly, and to Lodz three times weekly with Boeing 737 aircraft.
-By mid-December this year Wroclaw Airport will have two connections thrice weekly by Centralwings to Dublin and Milan, respectively, and we can see that anything announced by one airline is observed by others and sometimes has an influence on their decisions, says Jarek Sztucki, Wroclaw Airport marketing manager.
-Moreover, Wroclaw is considered as a possible future Polish base of Ryanair, and each new connection sold with success makes this more and more feasible, he says.
