SEP 12, 2005 (newstodate): Swedish-owned Nordic in-night express company Nordic Solutions has now secured three additional SAAB 340, as earlier reported by newstodate.
The three aircraft have been acquired from Swedish operator Skyways, and will be delivered from September to December this year.
After conversion to freighters they will be operated by Nordic Solutions Air Service based at Vilnius, Lithuania, and used for opening up of new routes to destinations including Moscow and Minsk, Belorusia.
Nordic Solutions Air Service already operates a network between Baden Airport in southern Germany, Malmoe and Stockholm Airports in Sweden, and Vilnius, Lithuania.
The carrier currently operates three ex-Skyways SAAB 340 converted freighters.
