SEP 26, 2005 (newstodate): The uncertainty around the privatisation of Budapest Ferihegy Airport continues to build up.
The next deadline in the process, with five participants, was due on November 2 when final bids were to be heard. But a court decision has now supported the unions' claim that the process did not comply to rules, and should be halted.
The privatisation was to be completed before the end of the year.
Earlier, another Hungarian privatision process of national carrier Malev also had to be cancelled.
