AUG 24, 2005 (newstodate): Bulgarian carrier Bulgaria Air has announced plans for expansion of its Boeing 737 fleet.
The carrier will thus add four more aircraft of this type by next year, bringing the 737 fleet to a total of 12 aircraft.
The network of Bulgaria Air includes scheduled flights from Sofia to more than 20 destinations in Europe and the Middle East, and plans are in the pipeline for a new route to Manchester from this winter's program.
The carrier also operates routes from the black Sea airport of Varna to London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Berlin and Vienna.
