JUL 07, 2005 (newstodate): With effect from August 2, Latvian carrier airBaltic plans to open a new route between Riga and Odessa, Ukraine's third largest city.
The route will be operate thrice weekly with thr carrier's Fokker 50 aircraft that requires three hours 10 minutes of flight time.
airBaltic already operates direct flights five times weekly to Ukrainian capital Kiev.
