JUL 05, 2005 (newstodate): Effective from November 1, 2005, KLM will launch a new service from Amsterdam to Entebbe, Uganda.
The new route, to be operated three times weekly with Boeing 767-300ER aircraft, is designed to meet growing demands in the Ugandan market that is amidst a booming economic development.
In addition, SkyTeam Alliance-member KLM also continues to offer 11 weekly flights to Entebbe via Nairobi through a code-share agremeent with Kenya Airways that is expected to be admitted to the SkyTeam Alliance as an associate airline.
