JUN 28, 2005 (newstodate): Vladivostok Avia has now introduced its TU-204-300 aircraft in commercial service.
The new aircraft performed its first non-stop passenger flight on the route between Vladivostok and Moscow, cutting total flying time to nine hours from earlier 15 hours of flight including stop-overs.
In May, Vladivostok Avia took delivery of its TU-204-300 aircraft, the first of a batch of four ordered from Aviastar, and will replace its entire fleet of TU-154 with TU-204-300 aircraft under a leasing agreement with Ilyushin Finance Company.
