JAN 15, 2005 (newstodate): SAS Cargo plans to expand its current cargo terminal at Gothenburg Landvetter Airport to cope with immediate needs for more space.
-We have decided to add 1,400 sq m to our existing terminal at Gothenburg, which will enable us to handle our cargo volumes without any urgent need for deciding on future terminal projects, says Anders Skantz, president for Spirit Air Cargo handling AB, SAS Cargo's handling subsidiary.
-We are considering various long-term solutions from NAP, but so far these have been far too expensive. Cost remains a crucial parametre for us, he says.
