JUN 29, 2005 (newstodate): In contrast to the alleged situation in Lithuania, no problems with GSA business conduct are reported in the neighbouring Latvian market.
-We have experienced, nor heard of no instances of GSAs transgressing the lines of demarcation between GSA and forwarder business, says a Latvian forwarder.
-From our office in Lithuania we are familiar with the problems that relate to certain GSAs especially, but maybe because we have fewer airlines operating at Riga and thus fewer cargo GSAs in the Latvian market, there seems to be a strict borderline between the players here, the forwarder says.
