JUN 01, 2005 (newstodate): Danish transport and logistics provider, DFDS Transport Asia has decided to acquire all remaining shares in its Chinese company, DFDS Transport (China).
JHJ International Transportation Co., Ltd, currently holds 34 percent of the shares in the company.
Since January 2, 2004, DFDS Transport (China) holds an A-license allowing it to do business in China on a stand-alone basis.
The planned take-over will take effect from December, 2005, pending the final approval by the Chinese authorities in accordance with their timetable commitments as members of WTO.
