MAY 03, 2005 (newstodate): Croatian airport Osijek is keen to develop its cargo business.
On May 2, the airport handled its 50th IL-76 carrying 50 tonnes of fresh fish from Tanzania destined for the European market.
To satisfy customer needs, the airport is cooperating with forwarders to realise plans for an extension of the cargo handling capacities.
Based on joint investments, the projects aims at providing better air cargo handling, warehousing and logistics conditions for future clients.
