MAY 20, 2005 (newstodate): More clients are in the process of going live on GF-X, according to the provider af electronic airfreight communications.
-TAP Portugal started receiving reservations out of the UK market late last year and is in the process of rolling out their entire network, says Demetrios Zoppos, GF-X managing director.
-South African Airways recently went live in London Heathrow, Frankfurt, Johannesburg and Cape Town and plans to roll out the rest of their network in the coming months, he says.
-KLM is currently live in a number of European destinations and will continue its roll-out throughout the year, and Air France is also completing its full network implementation of GF-X.
With the latest addition of Middle East Airlines, the GF-X customer base now stands at 26 carriers, representing 46 airlines, and 41 forwarders.
